Our Process
- Setup a Meeting
We start with a one-on-one meeting to create a package that fits your business needs. We’ll walk through everything you’re looking for and tailor a plan that fits your goals. - Complete Your Account Setup & Onboarding Form
After the meeting, you’ll complete our onboarding form, which helps us gather key info about your business. This form helps us with the copy and structure for your new site. The second part of the form lets you upload photos to our Dropbox, so we can design your site with your actual images. If you need help with visuals, we’ve got a stock photo library to fill in any gaps. Once this is submitted, your part is done, and the ball is in our court. - Design Preview
A week after submitting your onboarding form, we’ll send over a preview of your homepage design. This is where we make sure we’re all on the same page before moving forward. Once you approve the design, we transition to development. - Website Development & SEO
During development, we focus on building a site that not only looks great but is optimized for SEO. This includes making sure your site’s structure supports ranking in search engines. We do all this on a private server, so your current site stays live while we work on the new one in the background. - Final Approval & Launch
Once the site is fully developed, we send it to you for final approval. When you’re happy with everything, we move to launch. We update your current domain to point to the new site and transfer any existing SEO to keep your rankings intact. Once live, we monitor the site to ensure everything runs smoothly. - Ongoing Support & Growth
After your site is live, we stay connected. Our team monitors your site’s performance, traffic, and plugin updates to make sure everything stays optimized. If you’ve included marketing services in your package, we start working on those post-launch. Our recommendation to clients is simple: focus on gathering reviews and let your new website do the heavy lifting.
As your business grows, our support team is always available to make updates and changes—at no additional cost. We encourage updates to keep things fresh, and unlike others, we don’t penalize you for reaching out.
