We try to get on the same page before building out the entire site, during the design phase! Our process is very smooth and done in steps for this reason. Refunds are only applicable for websites, not marketing services such as Google Ads Management or Content Boosters.

We do not use any templates! All of our sites are built in house by our team. We have developed custom wireframes and styles for functional layouts that we take and then tailor the designs colors, fonts, and media assets to your brand and industry.

Absolutely! We give you full access to edit the site with our DIY Page Editor which is a great drag and drop website tool. You can easily swap out images, text, create new pages, and even make blogs without a hassle. If for some reason you get stuck, are busy, or break something, that is what our support team and daily backups are here for! Feel free to add as many users of your team into the system as well.

We do not allow our sites to be hosted on anything other than our systems at this time. If for some reason you want to have SFTP access to your server, we will absolutely provide you full access if that is important! Our systems are fully optimized for how we develop, maintain, and support our sites so we can not assist anyone on other systems.

Our support team works Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm CST at on main office in Northwest Indiana. Generally we take support requests one at a time. If you have a large amount of requests, we prefer to hop on a call to see what we can do. We cap most requests to focus on new page creation, fixing bugs/errors, and assisting with changes. Anything beyond that could require a custom quote if you are trying to extend features or integrate 3rd party platforms. Our team will communicate this with you prior to doing any work.

Our website packages require no minimum commitment to sign up, but they do come with a 24-month commitment to own the website outright in the event you want to take it all and manage and self host it in the future. This approach allows us to offer lower costs while dedicating our team to a long-term relationship with you. If for some reason you want to cancel early, but keep the site, we require a payment of the remaining months you have within the 24 month minimum multiplied by your current monthly package.

If you complete your 24 month commitment and decide to take over your site for hosting, support, and maintenance, there are a handful of items you will want to make sure you cover. Of course, moving to a trusted hosting provider is key. You will also need to take over any plugin/extension/theme licensing upon handoff. Each site may have different sets of integrations, but feel free to ask us during this process and we can provide a list of which ones you take over as True Mtn's licenses do not transfer ownership. Our sites also run a custom SMTP system to process and send emails, you will need to replace this or work with your hosting provider on a new solution as some have it built in. Lastly, we have a spam filter we use, you will need to replace this to avoid your site getting overwhelmed by junk submissions. Any questions, again, just reach out to our team.

Once you sign up through our portal, you can control what payment you have on file to pay your monthly bill. We require everyone to use a credit card linked to the account on auto-bill.

Yes, to expand on the previous FAQ, you can cancel anytime, but that does not mean you are allowed to keep the site as ownership is only transferred after 24 month minimum. If you cancel prior, we will delete the site at the 30 day mark from your prior monthly payment.

SMS Lead Notifications are included in our Essentials Package, allowing you to receive instant alerts when you get new leads, enhancing your response time and customer engagement. Automated processes require additional licenses, which is why we require the essentials package to be setup.

For our essentials package clients, we integrate a reviews sync. We use a software that crawls your Google My Business listing daily for newly posted customer reviews. We then automatically pull those into the website into slider widgets, dedicated pages, and more. This is great to show off your great reviews to help generate customer trust.

Absolutely! Our Essentials Package allows integration with our web forms to fill third-party email systems such as Mailchimp and Constant Contact, enhancing your email marketing efforts.

At this time we only have simple ecommerce for our Essentials Package clients. That allows up to 5 products to be listed on a site with simple control of the product information, flat rate shipping, manually entered tax rates, online payment portal, and a simple product layout. This is for people just testing the waters or looking to sell small one off products like team gear, or promo items. For an extended ecommerce need, please contact our team for a quote. We have experience with sites that have 30k+ products, but it is not part of our core package offerings.

We do not offer any discounts for features you do not utilize or end up not needing. Make sure to connect with our team after launch about any tips, tricks, or thoughts on what we could implement outside of your brand new layout. We always want our clients to make full use of the functionality our systems offer.

There is never a 100% guarantee that a Google or Facebook/Instagram campaign will give you a lead that will close. Any marketing agency that guarantees this is somebody we would recommend running away from as fast as possible! Our team will work with yours directly to go over data, target audiences, setup unique landing pages, target specific geo-locations and keywords, and much more with the absolute end goal of generating leads, but guarantee'ing them is something even Google can't do, and we would never lie about it!

Our team spends a LOT of time upfront to write 24 articles out of the gate and pre-schedule them so you get 12 months of bi-weekly content on your blog, at minimum.
