Yes, and here’s why it runs on Core

We build ecommerce, but it always runs on the Core package rather than Basic. That’s not an upsell tacked on for the sake of it: selling online genuinely needs what Core provides underneath it. Core’s advanced forms, privacy and consent compliance, and Enhanced Analytics (Core’s Google Analytics and Search Console setup) are what an online store actually needs underneath it, not extras layered on top of a simple contact form. Trying to bolt ecommerce onto Basic would mean building around gaps instead of on a foundation that’s already there.

How pricing works

Ecommerce doesn’t fit neatly into a fixed price the way a 5-page or 15-page site does, because what “an online store” means varies enormously: a handful of products with simple checkout looks nothing like a large catalog with variants, shipping rules, and inventory syncing. Rather than force every store into one number, ecommerce buildouts are quoted per project once we understand what you’re actually selling. You’ll still see the number on your proposal before any work starts, the same as every other add-on. It just isn’t a stock price, because your store isn’t a stock build.

The more we know about what you sell going in, the tighter the scope and the quote. Come ready to talk through what you’re selling, roughly how many products, whether you need variants or options (size, color, and so on), and how you want to handle shipping.
