Is the audit really free?

Yes. We do these because they start good conversations, and because most site owners have never been told plainly what's wrong with their site. If you want us to fix what we find, we'll quote it. If you don't, the notes are yours to keep.

Do you need access to my website?

No. Everything we look at is visible from the outside. We never ask for your login, your hosting, or your domain credentials.

How long does it take?

We get back to you, usually within one business day.

What if my site is in good shape?

Then we say so. A short review telling you the technical side looks solid, plus the two or three things we would still tighten up, is a perfectly good outcome.

Does it work for any website?

Any public site, on any platform. Most of what we build and support is WordPress, so our notes go deepest there, but the review itself does not care what your site is built on.

What happens after?

We send what we found. If it's worth a conversation we'll offer a call, and if you would rather just take the notes and hand them to whoever maintains your site, that's fine too.
