It all starts here. We offer a FREE discovery call where our team will walk through some key questions to learn about your business, services/products, and goals. After this, we will email you a proposal with our affordable pricing to review and approve to get started!

Before diving into a new website, we have an onboarding form your team will spend about 30-45 minutes filling in. This is a chance for you to provide our team additional information and details about what you offer so we can always have it on hand! This custom onboarding form we created has helped save WEEKS of development and design for our clients.

Our design team will work on mocking up a home page style that is tailored to your business based on the onboarding form filled in. We will work with you to make sure the style matches what you feel best represents your brand. Once approved, we move immediately into development phase where our team will build out the functional site with all the pages included.

There is more to just developing the site! The launch phase focuses on making sure we correctly setup SSL's, backups, and go through all foundational SEO to make sure search engines start picking it up sooner than later. Once done, we give you all the details to push it out to the public! We love when our sites get to this part of the process.

Every monthly site package we offer comes with access to our support team. They are here Monday through Friday to implement any changes and updates to your site that you may request! Most changes are completed within one business day. On top of the support, our team will do weekly backend updates to the site to help make sure everything is secure and active. This is important for long term sustainability!
