How much does a website cost?
Two fees, plainly named. A one-time Design & Development fee (Basic is $2,500; Core from $3,500) pays for the build, and a flat monthly Platform & Hosting fee ($299 on Basic, $399 on Core) pays for the system that keeps it running. Split the build fee over 12 months at no interest, and a 30-day guarantee covers you before development begins.
Two fees, plainly named
Every proposal has exactly two numbers on it, and both are labeled honestly. The Design & Development fee pays for the craft: tailored design built on True Mtn wireframes, never a template, plus the full build, content setup, premium licensed imagery, and launch. On Basic that fee is $2,500. On Core it’s from $3,500.
The Platform & Hosting fee is a separate, ongoing number. It’s $299 a month on Basic or $399 a month on Core, and it pays for the system your site runs on after launch: hosting, security, backups, updates, monitoring, and lead delivery. Support is always included in that fee, on every plan, for every client.
What “starting at” means
Prices say “starting at” because the scope behind them is defined, not vague. Basic is fixed at up to 5 pages. Core includes up to 15 pages plus 5 city service pages. Anything beyond that, whether it’s extra pages, a careers page, a portfolio showcase, or ecommerce, is a clearly priced add-on quoted on your proposal before any work starts. You’ll never open an invoice and find a number you didn’t already know about.
Splitting the Design & Development fee
You don’t have to pay the build fee upfront. Split it over 12 equal monthly payments instead, with no interest and no credit check. Either way, it’s a payment plan for work already delivered, not a contract that keeps you tied to us. Once it’s paid off, whether that’s at launch or the day your final installment clears, the design and the build are yours.
No hidden fees
Outside of those two numbers, there’s nothing else quietly running in the background. Support is always free, so it never shows up as a line item to watch. Add-on work like extra pages, a new integration, or a marketing project is always quoted and approved before we touch it. If a dollar leaves your account, you already know exactly what it bought.
The 30-day guarantee
Before development begins, you’re covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If we’re not the right fit once the design phase starts, you get your money back, no awkward conversation required. It’s built into how we price things: we’d rather you leave clean in the first 30 days than stay locked into something that isn’t working.
