A national pet care brand with 80+ locations that needed one website to serve pet owners, franchisees, and job seekers all at once.

The project

Best Friends Pet Care is a national brand uniting boarding, daycare, grooming, and training locations under one trusted name. With 80+ employee-owned facilities across the country, the brand spans multiple service lines and audiences: pet owners looking for a nearby location, prospective franchise partners, and people looking to build a career in pet care. The site needed to welcome all of them clearly and route each one toward the right next step. The hero frames it simply: trusted, proven, and dedicated.

How it came together

We organized the site around the three main reasons someone arrives: find a location, learn about the services their pet needs, or explore the business opportunity. Each path gets prominent placement in the navigation and a direct call to action from the first screen. Full-bleed pet photography carries the warmth and trust that pet owners expect before they hand over their dog or cat. The services section breaks out daycare, boarding, grooming, and training individually so visitors can confirm the specific care they need is available. A location-finder section anchors the bottom of the page, turning interest into a real visit.

Daycare, boarding, grooming, and training each get dedicated space in the What to Expect section, so pet owners can confirm their specific need is covered.

Location finder built in

A dedicated Find a Location section anchors the page and the navigation, so any visitor can move from interest to booking a nearby facility in one step.

A path for business partners

Sell Your Business sits in the primary nav alongside consumer paths, giving prospective franchise and acquisition partners a clear entry point without competing with the pet owner experience.
