An on-site medical group serving senior living communities that needed a site to speak to both facilities and families.

The project

Hansa Medical Groupe brings medical care directly to senior living communities and skilled nursing facilities, with a home office in Chicagoland and coverage across eleven states. The model is preventative and on-site: primary care and wellness visits, neurology, geriatric psychiatry, pain management, wound care, and chronic care management, all delivered where residents already live so they avoid the stress of transportation. The audience is twofold, the facility operators who partner with HMG and the families whose loved ones receive care, so the site had to communicate clinical credibility, the operational benefits to facilities, and the compassion families need to feel. The goal was a trustworthy, professional site that makes the on-site model easy to understand.

How it came together

We led with the brand's promise, your health, your community, our commitment, and framed the entire site around the core advantage of care that comes to the resident instead of the other way around. The full range of services is laid out so families and facility staff can see the breadth of care available on-site, and the operational benefits to partner communities, fewer hospitalizations, better occupancy and outcomes, are surfaced for the decision-makers who choose HMG. The eleven-state footprint and insurance acceptance, including Medicare, are made clear to remove practical barriers. Warm, professional imagery and a clear path to get started balance clinical trust with human reassurance. The site is built mobile-first.
