River Pointe Country Club
A public golf and event destination that needed a site as polished as the property itself.
The project
River Pointe Country Club is Northwest Indiana's premier public golf and event destination, with 27 holes of championship golf, a full-service event venue, and dining open to the public. That is a lot of business under one roof. A golfer booking a morning tee time, a couple touring the venue for their wedding, and a family stopping in for dinner are all looking for something completely different, and the website had to serve every one of them from the same front door. We set out to make each visitor feel like the site was built for their reason to be there.
How it came together
We started by mapping the three things people actually come to River Pointe to do: book a round, plan an event, and see what is on the menu. Each one gets a clear, direct path from the very first screen, so the site does the work before anyone picks up the phone. From there the design leads with full-bleed photography of the course, clubhouse, and event spaces, because the property is the strongest selling point the club has. Everything else stays deliberately out of the way: clean navigation, generous type, and a booking action that is never more than a click off, on any page and any device.

Three clear paths from the first screen
Book a Tee Time, Plan Your Event, and View Menu sit front and center, so golfers, event planners, and diners each find their next step right away.
Photography-led design
Full-bleed images of the course, clubhouse, and event spaces carry the design and let the property sell itself before a word is read.
Event venue given equal weight
A dedicated path for weddings, corporate events, and celebrations gives the venue side of the business the same prominence as the golf, so the club speaks to both audiences at once.
Always a click from booking
Tee-time booking and event inquiries stay within reach from every page, turning a casual browse into a reservation.
A clear path to dining
The dining room and bar get their own route through the site, so guests after a meal or a drink find the menu without wading through golf content.
Built mobile-first
Most visitors arrive on a phone, between errands or out on the course, so the layout, photography, and booking flow are tuned to load fast and work cleanly on a small screen.
