A cybersecurity firm for small and mid-sized businesses that needed a site to make a complex service feel approachable and trustworthy.

The project

CyberPro Partners helps small and mid-sized businesses defend their systems, meet compliance standards, and grow without the cost and complexity of an enterprise security team. Their services span security program enhancement, risk assessments and phishing simulations, audit guidance for frameworks like SOC 2, HiTrust, and ISO, vulnerability scans and penetration testing, and fractional or full-time CISO support. Cybersecurity is intimidating to most business owners, so the challenge was to present serious expertise, backed by SOC 2, HIPAA, and HiTrust credentials, in language that reassures rather than overwhelms. The site needed to build trust fast and make the first conversation easy to start.

How it came together

We led with the brand's plain-spoken promise, defend, comply, grow, and framed the whole site around removing the hard work for the customer rather than showing off jargon. A clear, numbered process shows prospects exactly how CyberPro protects a business, turning an abstract service into concrete steps. The services are grouped so a visitor can quickly find what they need, whether that is passing an audit or standing up ongoing monitoring, and the certifications are surfaced as proof that the firm holds itself to the standards it sells. A strong, low-friction call to start a conversation runs throughout, because the goal is a first contact, not a checkout. The site is built mobile-first and reads as calm and credible.
